Family photo christmas card
When Filip was a baby I had an idea about our family Christmas cards. Instead of using the usual UNICEF cards we would make our own, using our photos. I envisioned myself being old with a wall full of beautiful family moments. So the first few years we just took a family photo and ordered a batch of Christmas cards with the photo on the front.
But as the kids grew and our creative spirit flared up, we started to make Christmas cards differently. We started to combine kids art and our photos and the results were priceless.
This year's cart is extra special, as little Ema Nina was big enough to participate in the process. She drew our bodies, Zoja colored them, Borut cut out our heads (this sound funny) and Filip drew our superhero glasses and wrote the title. I put everything together and placed the order :-)
For those of you who don't understand Slovenian, the writing on the card says "In year 2017 be INVINCIBLE". Each and one of us participated in the making of this card, and I believe, that as a family we truly are invincible as we all are superheroes in our own way <3
